President Watts called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON WORK SESSION TOPIC
There was no public comment.
WORKSHOP
Superintendent Michael Green started the workshop with a PowerPoint presentation on the district overview of the school improvement planning process. The meeting was then separated into two groups. Group one was the administration team for TEAM, LRA, and Woodland Middle School. North Fork Elementary, Yale Elementary, and Woodland High School made up group two. Administrators from each school had about 15-20 minutes each to present their school improvement plans (SIP) to the board members, and the school board directors had opportunities to ask clarifying questions and/or make comments. The school directors then rotated to the other group and learned about those school improvement plans. The directors reconvened back into a large group and shared some final thoughts.
