Woodland Middle School

Winter 1 Sports

Girls’ Basketball

1. We had a giant turnout this year and have 5 teams for the first time ever!
2. 8th record (0-1)
3. 7th record (1-0)
4. Blended (Yellow) (1-2)
5. Blended (Green) (0-3)
6. Blended (White) (0-3)

Wrestling

1. 32 total turning out… 22 boys, 7 girls.
2. We hosted our first meet on November 18^th and did very well.

Fall Post Season

Volleyball

1. Varsity finished 4^th in district – just missed state by losing the 3^rd/4^th game to Tumwater.

Cross Country

1. Parker Owen and Joran Lamoreaux competed for us at the state championships. Both had a good showing on a tough course.

Winter

Dance

1. Turn out = 9
   1. First competition is Dec. 7 at Highland HS.

Cheer

1. Turn out = 9. Having an additional tryout this winter to add a few more to the team.
   1. First competition is Dec. 21^st at Woodinville HS.

Boys’ Basketball

1. Turn out = 42. We will have 3 teams.
   1. First game is Dec. 6 vs. La Center

Girls’ Basketball

1. Turn out = 22. We will have 2 teams.
   1. First game is Dec. 5 vs. Rochester

Wrestling

1. Turn out = 21. 18 boys, 3 girls.
   1. First match is Dec. 7 at Aberdeen.
