CALL TO ORDER
President Watts called the meeting to order at 6.15 p.m.
CITIZENS REQUEST TO ADDRESS THE BOARD ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
Jennifer Rowland voiced complaints and concerns regarding rude and offensive behavior focused towards her and her student at the recent middle school anti-mask protests.
CORRESPONDENCE
President Watts passed out a packet of correspondence that she had received from parents and community members to each of the directors.
REPORTS, REQUESTS, AND COMMENTS BY THE BOARD MEMBERS
Director Huddleston responded to the comments of Ms. Rowland and shared her experiences from the recent protests.
Director Wray attended the annual Woodland Chamber of Commerce banquet and praised the event.
REPORTS TO THE BOARD
Director Stuart asked clarifying questions on the pre-Barton curriculum from the learning supports and alternative report and the ShakeAlerts from the facilities report.
Director Watts commended the Auto Club’s recent competition.
Director Huddleston asked about the clubs at each of the schools and how they were picked.
Director Guthrie asked a couple of questions on the tax amounts on the levy.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
First Reading of Revisions to Policies 2161, 3240, 3241, 5400, 5410, 6220 and 6600
With no objections from the directors, these policies will be presented at the next board meeting for second reading and approval. Director Stuart suggested modification to procedure 3241P. The board concurred with the modification recommendation.
COVID-19 Community Feedback Survey – Revised Results
The survey was reopened from December 20-31. The new revised results were presented to the directors by Eric Jacobson. All results have also been posted to the district website.

Director Guthrie moved to approve the consent agenda as presented.

ACTION ITEM
Approval of Resolution 22-01 – Bond Refunding
Bond attorney, Faith Pettis provided an overview of the resolutions and the directors asked clarifying questions.
Director Wray moved to adopt Resolution 22-01 as presented. Director Stuart seconded the motion.
Approval of Resolution 22-02 – Modifying Director District Boundaries
Director Huddleston moved to adopt Resolution 22-02 as presented. Director Guthrie seconded the motion.
RECESS
The meeting was recessed at 7:03 p.m. to enter into executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(f).
ADJOURNMENT
President Watts reconvened the meeting into open session at 7:41 p.m. and adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
