Format for Upcoming School Board Meetings

With the shift of the Southwest Washington region into Phase 2 of the State reopening framework, it is now allowable for school boards to gather for business meetings.   There are strict guidelines that must be observed, including:

• Wearing of protective face-coverings
• Physical distancing of all participants is required
• Adequate space in the venue for attendees with appropriate social distancing
• Maximum 25% of Capacity or 200 people, whichever is less
• If capacity exceeded meeting must be recessed and reconvened in a venue large enough to accommodate the public
• The meeting must be available for the public to attend either telephonically or in video format.
