EXECUTIVE SESSION
President, Jim Bays, recessed the meeting into executive session at 5:35pm to discuss A&E qualifications.
The Statements of Qualifications from twelve Architecture firms were reviewed and discussed. Five firms were identified to continue in the process. These firms were: OPSIS, LSW, McGrannahan, NAC, and Bassetti. The participants discussed the interview schedule and format and identified key questions for the interview process.
President, Jim Bays, reconvened the meeting into regular session at 7:18pm.
ADJOURNMENT
President, Jim Bays, adjourned the meeting of the Board of Directors at 7:18pm.
