Student Learning Plans: Thanks to our fabulous technology department we now have each student's Student Learning Plan available to them and their parents at the click of a button. These plans are the road map of learning targets students, parents, and teachers work together to achieve, so access to this document is critical in keeping everyone working together and on the same page. As students achieve learning targets and updates are made everyone has access to the updated version in a timely fashion.
Partnering with other Woodland Schools: We are grateful for the support of our colleagues across the district. Currently the middle school has generously given us 2 hours of their lab time in the linux lab twice a week so our students can come in to take proctored tests, receive tutoring, and meet their one hour face time requirement. Our high school counselors have invited Mr. Knudson to their weekly meeting to keep him up to date on high school graduation requirements and other important pieces of information. Along with that support, several of our students are now co-enrolled in courses at WIS, WMS and WHS. These students are now able to participate in courses they would otherwise not have been able to take without the support of these other schools.
Enrollment: Our enrollment is currently at 35, will have 36 students next semester.
*We look forward to sharing in depth about our school at the next Board Meeting in January.
