The new WHS Site has, on its East, South, and West boundaries a diking district drainage ditch. This easement covers terms of design and maintenance of this ditch.
Recommendation /MOTION/ I move we approve the easment with CDID2 and authorize the superintendent to sign the easement on our behalf.
