Adoption of revisions to policy 6215 at first reading

Attached is a recommended revision to policy 6215.  The revision authorizes expenditures in excess of $2500 for fees associated with permitting, planning, and inspection of our capital projects.   Often times these fees need to be paid prior to work being performed and in order to provide for timely response on the projects this authorization is requested.

I am requesting this policy revision be adopted at first reading.
