On May 1 plans were submitted to Cowlitz Building and Planning for permit review. The full set of construction documents is currently being prepared with the target of bidding the Yale Gym Project in the next two weeks. Eric Lanciault will review the design with the board and we will be seeking authorization to put the project out to bid. I have a set of permit documents in my office for review prior to the board meeting should you desire.
