On February 2, 2012, TEAM High School along with Woodland High School had several students taking the mid-year End Of Course Exam for math. TEAM had about 20 students take the exam. I asked several students if they thought the test was difficult and most responded that they thought it was easier than the one last spring. So either they understand math better or it was easier.
Jim Avino was out several days in January due to his brother passing away in New York. Many students were concerned that he wasn't there. They were very glad when he returned.
With the semester break we gained several students and also lost some. We gained several out-of-district students during this time, mostly from LaCenter.
