Spanish K-4 Report Cards:With recent updates to the elementary report card, we had some delays in getting it translatedinto Spanish. I am pleased to report this year we will be sending home a version translated intoSpanish for our Spanish speaking families. New Hire Survey Update:Each year, I meet with our most recent newly hired staff. I spend about 15 minutes with eachseeking their feedback on their transition into our system. The message from our new hires isunanimous, they feel highly supported, they are not overcome by any challenges, and theyultimately all see Woodland as their new home. The favorite induction activity we hosted wasthe tour of Woodland. They loved learning about our community and where the kids they servelive. I found this to be a trend in the feedback over the past several years.
