RE: Athletics Report

HS Volleyball

1. What an amazing weekend for our girls! We qualified for state on our 3^rd match on the last day.
2. Our district is extremely tough, with 4 teams ranked in the top 10 – with only 3 able to go to state.
   1. We beat league power Columbia River (twice our size) to earn the district’s #3 seed to state.
   2. We play North Kitsap at 11am Friday at St. Martin’s University.

HS Cross Country

1. We hosted the district championships at Lewis River Golf Course and it went really well.
   1. Natalie Biddix was our lone representative at state – finishing 2^nd at districts!
   2. At the state meet, she ran a 20:19 (finishing 43^rd) – her best time of the season.

HS Dance and Cheer

1. Winter cheer is underway… they are preparing for their first competition.
2. Dance had their first competition of the season and received a district qualifying score in one of their routines.

We are for the most part in between seasons right now. Winter Sports begin on Monday, November 14^th.
