PTSA Walk for Woodland Kids Limo Lunch
PTSA sponsored a limo and lunch for all students who raised $100 or more during the Walk for Woodland Kids fundraiser. Over 80 students got to experience a limo ride to lunch (pizza) and back. Thank you Woodland PTSA for fundraising for our school and for making the experience positive for our students.
Increasing Parent Communication and Participation
Our school’s very own parent app is coming soon. We had hoped to launch last week but had some technical issues to work out. Our teachers will get trained this week. We plan to launch our new parent communication tool next week. To learn more go to http:///www.sanghapp.com
Veteran’s Day
Woodland Intermediate hosted a Veteran’s Day Assembly on Thursday, November 10th to honor all of our Veteran’s. The US Air force color guard presented the flags. The Woodland Cub Scouts honored our Veterans by handing them loafs of bread and thank you notes provided by the Woodland Intermediate staff and students. Under the direction of Mrs. Linda Morris, the classes individually and collectively presented the prepared tributes to honor the Veterans.
