PTSA “Run For Your Life” Fundraiser
"Run For Your Life" brings in funding PTSA uses to support fun things at WMS. We had a fantastic turnout for this event. In fact, we had over 1400 miles logged by students and staff.
Fall Conferences
The amazing WMS Staff worked together to set up “Skyward Scheduler” for families. Also, our teachers and office staff talked with families directly to help them schedule conferences. The result is an effective, time-saving way for families to schedule and re-schedule conferences according to their time. Families have told us this was especially useful when they have multiple students at WMS.
WMS Horticulture
Students in Horticulture and Art classes are working together with WSD Facilities and CTE on a beautifying project in our outdoor breezeway/eating area! The outdoor breezeway/eating area already looks amazing with new bright lights, paint, and clean-up from this past summer. It is a popular area for our students now. I am looking forward to seeing the art and landscaping efforts; it will look even better!
WMS Social Media
We have a bunch of "Shares" and over 400 "Likes" on our WMS Facebook page. We are aiming to get to “500” likes by December 2016!
