Spring Sports

We had a record turnout for athletics this spring. For the first time ever we’ve added a 3^rd soccer team and almost had the numbers to add a 3^rd baseball team. Track has 85 athletes and we’ve added a 6^th coach for the first time in school history. Girls’ Golf has 20 athletes and added a 2^nd coach for the first time in school history. 

Baseball

1. Turnout numbers: 38
   1. Varsity record 0-0 League, 4-2 Overall
   2. JV record 0-0 League, 4-0 Overall
   3. JV2 record 0-0 League, 1-0 Overall

2. First league game is March 26^th Columbia River

Fastpitch

1. Turnout numbers: 30
   1. Varsity record 0-0 League, 5-0 Overall
   2. JV record 0-0 League, 2-2 Overall
2. First league game is April 11^th Columbia River

Girls’ Golf

1. Turnout numbers: 20 (15 high school, 5 middle school)
2. Head coach Aaron Blackwelder is very pleased with the progress this group is making and expects great things when districts roll around.
3. First league match is April 10^th Hockinson

Boys’ Soccer

1. Turnout numbers: 50
   1. Varsity record 0-0 League, 3-1 overall.
   2. JV record 0-0 League, 0-2-1 overall
   3. C record 0-0 League, 0-0 overall

2. First league game is March 21^st Columbia River

Track and Field

1. Turnout numbers: 85
   1. We host our first meet of the year on March 21^st.

Dance

1. They qualified for state in two events: Hip Hop and Pom
   1. State is in Yakima at the Sundome on March 24^th.
