RE: YALE SCHOOL MONTHLY UPDATE
December and January brought about Teacher Collaboration in the form of visits to the Yale School and downriver to WIS. This model allowed each of our teachers to host a teacher from another school or spend a day at another school in the district. The day is structured so teacher can observe, debrief, and interact with a partner regarding challenges specific to our Yale School setting. Each of our Yale Staff has now completed one of these visits and, (within realms of our budget), we plan to continue to quality form of professional collaboration and learning.
Looking Forward
The Yale PTO is in the process of purchasing two additional baskets for the Yale Gym.
John Huffman has volunteered to install these 7-8 foot baskets on the side walls. This will enable our youngest students to have success shooting baskets.
