Cowlitz-Skamania Fire District #7 have a lease agreement with Woodland School District to use the surplus property adjacent to Yale Elementary. Written consent must be approved by the school district anytime that the fire district plans to make improvements costing more than $2,000.00. The fire district is asking for approval to install a hose cleaning pad on the property.
