North Fork Elementary Report

November 26th was the end of the first trimester. Teachers have completed student progress reports that will go home this week.
North Fork teachers have just completed our first round of instructional coaching in the area of foundational skills, phonics, and fluency. Every teacher had an opportunity to watch each of their grade level team members teach, give meaningful feedback, and calibrate their instructional practices. This provided an opportunity for teachers to implement new strategies learned through our LETRS training and learn from each other, building a strong team culture.
Our students are practicing for our Holiday performance that will happen next Wednesday, December 18th, at 8:30 am and a second performance at 12:30 pm.
