Second Reading and Approval of Revision to Policy 1400

Approval of this policy will change the beginning time of all regular board meetings to 5:30 p.m.

Attached are two versions of the revised policy.  

• The Redline version shows all of the changes to the policy in red letters.  Generally this is what is presented to the board at first reading.
• You will note the changes are few and limited to Time and a clarificaiton of the name and location of the district meeting room.  
• The final version shows the final policy.  Generally this is what is presented to the board at second reading.
