In the recent bond sales and refund transactions we have utilized the services of an independent financial advisor (FA), Mark Prussing. In recent conversations with Mark PRussing and ESD Superintendent Tim Merlino there is interest from both parties to having Mark Prussing come to work under the ESD umbrella of services offered to school districts (much as CSG does for construction management)
Under state statute, in order for ESD's to add a service that service must be requested by a school board. I have agreed to present a letter to this board with a recommendaiton for approval.
