CALL TO ORDER
Vice-President Stuart called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
EP&O Levy
Superintendent Green explained the purpose of this special meeting is to discuss the recent failure to gain voter approval of the renewal of the EP&O levy, the fiscal impact if the levy failed a second time, and the overall projected over and under funding to cost. Superintendent Green also reviewed a list of potential reductions in programs, staffing, curriculum, technology and much, much more that could impact the district if the levy failed a second time. The board of directors needed to make some crucial decisions whether to run the levy again in April or November, the length of the term and the amount. A resolution will be presented for adoption at the February 24, 2020 board meeting.
