President Watts called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

CITIZENS REQUESTS TO ADDRESS THE BOARD ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

Woodland High School students, Parker Reyes, Hunter Jackson, and Marilin Juarez, addressed the Board of Directors on the open campus policy. They provided detailed student survey results. The directors asked them some clarifying questing. President Watts then recommended they go through the chain of command and meet with John Shoup.

With no objections from the directors these will be presented at the next meeting for second reading and final approval.

The directors agreed that the evening of February 5, 2020, would work best for the director seat 5 interviews.
