Yale is in their first year of PBIS implementation. Our Tiered Fidelity Inventory revealed two areas we need to grow. First, our students weren’t completely clear about the language of the schoolwide expectations. Second, we weren’t implementing a schoolwide incentive program to help teach the expectations. We have implemented an incentive program that will help adults continually use the positive language and schoolwide expectations. We are hopeful that these efforts will help our students all around the school.
Testing is happening all around, our 3rd and 4th graders are working on their SBA and iReady. K-2 is working on iReady. The entire school will be assessed using Acadience as well.
