Student Representative Report
Tayler Summers was absent from the meeting.

Financial Report
Michael informed the Board that they should be expecting a budget extension request in August, as there was general fund spending not anticipated in the approved budget. Some of these items were an additional Kindergarten Teacher, a small water project, replacing a walk-in refrigerator.

SUPERINTENDENT REPORT

Mr. Green gave the Board a visual presentation of capital projects work that is going on at the new High School site and up at the Yale Gym. The work on both sites is progressing very well.

CORRESPONDENCE

Michael shared thank you letters from Tanna Winters and David Seaman, who received trust fund scholarships.
