The resident of 753 Park Ave. has requested the district write a letter to the city stating that we will not build in the current roadway. This will allow him to apply for a variance to the setbacks so he can expand his home. The garage and the home are both, currently, well within the setback already. (see photos) The variance would allow him to have a wheelchair accessible bathroom and bedroom.
