EOCF holds the contract in our region to provide Head Start. They have a portable at Woodland Primary School where they operate the program. This ten year lease with annual renewal, for $1 per year, gives them space for siting and use of other facilities. Attached is a copy of the negotiated lease agreement for the coming year.
