Chris Lilley of McGranahan Arcitects will present the current status of design for the new high school. McGranahan Architects is in the final stages of preparation of bid documents. Along with this work there is a comprehensive constructibility Review occuring, Done by CSG. The final cost estimate is currently underway, and a detailed administrative review of the current documents will occur on Friday August 9th.
The purpose of this presentation is to gather any last feeback from the board. This is the last opportunity prior to bidding that the board will have to suggest changes prior to going out to bid.
