In the process of removing underground oil tanks at Yale School leakage from one tank was discovered. This has resulted in additional work that I have authorized. The expected cost is $10-20k depending on the extent of the plumes. Acceptance of this CCD is acknowledgement of the board's awareness of the issue and potential cost.
