Approval of 2009-2010 WEA CBA

The District and WEA have a tentative agreement for a two year agreement that has been ratified by the membership of the WEA.  It is necessary, for the contract to be implemented, for the board to approve the contract by a majority vote.  

Three Documents are attached for your review:  1) the WEA CBA,  2) the TA, showing all changes, 3) A negotiations summary that you received in July 

Administrative Recommendation /MOTION/ I move we approve the collective bargaining agreement between the Woodland Education Association and the Woodland Public Schools as presented.
