RE: North Fork Elementary School Update

• WMS Visit - Our 4th graders were able to visit the middle school. They were able to take a tour of the building and meet the middle school leadership students. They returned smiling and excited for the next school year.
• Field Trips & Presentations - Our students and families were excited to experience the Portland Zoo, Fort Vancouver, Pearson Air Museum, OMSI, and other great events at the end of the school year.
• Math Champs - Our students celebrated our last day of Math Champs with a kickball celebration and special treat. Teachers and students worked so hard in this after-school program. We are compiling the data to celebrate students’ growth and the effectiveness of an after-school intervention program.
• Reading Celebration - We had a special celebration assembly with a magician who focused on the magic of reading. The students have worked hard toward achieving their Accelerated Reading Goals by reading over 10,000 books this school year.
