BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING MINUTES

March 28, 2020, 2:00 p.m.

MEMBERS PRESENT VIA ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCE	Janice Watts, Sarah Stuart, Tammy Graham, Jeff Wray, Tom Guthrie, Michael Green-Board Secretary, and Nicole Galloway-Recording Secretary
OTHERS PRESENT VIA ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCE	Stacy Brown, Eric Jacobson, Ingrid Colvard, Scott Landrigan, and Jake Hall.
CALL TO ORDER	President Watts called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
DISCUSSION ITEMS	Replacement EP&O Levy – Discussion on continuing with April 28 election vs. August 4 election The board of directors discussed the pros and cons of the April 28 election vs. August 4 election for the replacement EP&O levy. The hard decision was made by the directors to keep the April 28 election date. Superintendent Michael Green and Executive Director of Business Services, Stacy Brown, will be meeting early next week to start identifying options for the $3,000,000 in reductions that will be required should the levy fail to pass. The will bring options back to the board at the next meeting on April 8^th.
