I am very excited to share that phone upgrades are coming to Yale school. While our phone lines are reliable there, they are not easy to use. I am grateful to Steve Rippl and Stacy Brown for their help making this happen in the near future!
With our recent snow, I’d like to share my appreciation for Yale staff and community. Many don’t realize the extraordinary efforts staff make to adjust to winter weather up there. My special thanks go to LeAnne Tevlin who stayed four hours after our release time to ensure all students made it home. Not only did she wait to ensure all Yale elementary kids made it home, she also waited for the late bus that brings older students from down river. Since Yale school is the pickup spot when busses are on snow routes she stayed to make sure no one would be left standing in the cold. I am deeply grateful for these extra efforts to ensure student safety!
