Approval of Serendipity Center Contract

This is an agreement with Serendipity Center for the K-12 Therapeutic School contract for the 2017-2018 school year.  Serendipity provides very specialized services to children with severe handicaps.     Currently, and for the last two or three years, one extremely high-needs student has been served in this program.
