RCW 42.56.070 Requires and current policy 4040 requires the district to maintain an index of all records and make it available for public inspection. This has not been done and to do so would be incredibly burdensome and likely require multiple full-time people to maintain. (Details of changes to policy 4040 are noted in the prior agenda item)
This resolution is recommended by WSSDA to demonstrate that we are not maintaining this index and the board is fully aware of the fact that we are not.
