President Janice Watts called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

CONSENT AGENDA

Director Matt Donald moved to approve the consent agenda.

WORKSHOP

The list of topics created at the February 22^nd meeting was reviewed and the board members added a few more items to the list. A draft workshop calendar was created and reviewed and a final version will be completed shortly.  The school board members discussed their vision for the upcoming workshops. Part of this discussion was the possibility of having guest attend and having a time for public comments.

Director Madsen made a motion to revise policy 1400 by including language to allow for public comment on agenda items during all work session meetings.

The next workshop is scheduled for April 10^th and the topic on the agenda will be Teaching and Learning.
