President, Janice Watts, recessed the meeting into executive session at 6:30 p.m. to evaluate the qualifications of candidates for appointment under RCW 42.30.110(1)(h) with possible action to be taken on return.
President, Janice Watts, reconvened the meeting into regular session at 7:11 p.m.
