President, Janice Watts, called meeting to order at 7:39 a.m. and immediately recessed the meeting into executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(h) with action to be taken upon return

President Watts recessed executive session and brought the meeting back into open session at 7:41 a.m.

Director Donald moved to rescind the appointment of David Hahm to fill the position vacated by Jeremy Stuart due to the discovery that Mr. Hahm did not live in Director District 5.
