ASSOCIATED STUDENT BODY FUND BUDGET EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the 2011-12 Associated Student Body Fund budget for Woodland School district was adopted with expenditures totaling $271,300 and
WHEREAS the adopted budget was not sufficient to allow for unplanned expenditures during the 2011-12 school year, and
WHEREAS Associated Student Body Fund beginning cash/fund balance plus revenues earned during the 2011-12 school year are sufficient to provide for the additional expenditures, as set forth in Form F-200
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Associated Student Body Fund be extended in the amount of $65,000 from $271,300 to a total budgeted expenditure and other financing uses of $336,300.
