RESOLUTION #2542
WHEREAS, the 2010-11 Capital Projects Fund budget for Woodland School district was adopted with expenditures in the amount of $435,000 and
WHEREAS, the district made the decision to purchase a portable, which was not an anticipated expenditure when the original budget was approved, and
WHEREAS, the district received the Apple Award grant for Yale Elementary School which was also not anticipated when the original budget was approved, and
WHEREAS, the original budget document did not separate the beginning and ending fund balances in the correct accounts, and
WHEREAS, the source of funds for the purchase of the portable and the Apple Award projects will be available in the Capital Projects Fund cash and investments, as set forth in Form F-200,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Capital Projects Fund be extended in the amount of $165,000 from $435,000 to a total budget expenditure amount of $600,000.
