The PUD #1 of Cowlitz county is requesting an easment over the SW corner of the Dike Access property. Documents are attached.
The area of the easement is the small island cut off from the rest of the HS property by the diking district ditch. You can see from the attached photos that this will not impact future development of the property.
Approval is recommended.
