The state of Washington approved HB 2776 in the spring of 2010. This bill made significant changes in the state funding model. The purpose of this presentation/discussion is to brief the board on the new system and anticipated impacts on Woodland Public Schools. Attached are documents created by OSPI that will be used with the board. A note of caution when reviewing the documents; they were created and published prior to the December and subsequent reductions in K-4 and other funding and are not considered highly accurate reflections of anticipated funding.
