TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE FUND BUDGET EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the 2008-09 Transportation Vehicle Fund budget for Woodland School district was adopted with expenditures in the amount of $1,500,000 and
WHEREAS, the buses planned to be purchased in the 2009-10 school year were purchased on a lease agreement with payment due between January 31, 2009 and March 31, 2009 and the adopted budget did not allow for the purchase of all 9 buses, and
WHEREAS, the source of funds for the purchase of these vehicles is available in the Transportation Vehicle Fund cash and investments, as set forth in Form F-200
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Transportation Vehicle Fund be extended in the amount of $100,000 from $1,500,000 to a total budget expenditure amount of $1,600,000.
