Contributions from the four school districts to KWRL come through their General Fund into the Woodland General Fund (F). The funds from the district typically support excess costs in operations (GF). There are some facilities expansions and upgrades (fuel storage tanks) that are either underway or anticipated for KWRL facilities so this year's transfer resolution is for funds to move from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund.
