Policy 4040 - Public Access to District Records directs me to provide the board a report of the public record requests that the district has received.

Freedom Foundation 1/3/2020 I am seeking the following for each Woodland School District employee currently employed in a union-represented bargaining unit:
First name
Middle name
Last name
Work email address
Day and month of birth (excluding year).
Bargaining unit indicator, including any or all of the following:
Name of the entity recognized as the exclusive bargaining representative
The Public Employment Relations Commission decision number defining the bargaining unit
Other descriptor used by Woodland School District to identify the bargaining unit
Lower Columbia College 01/09/2020 A list of your high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors; complete with addresses, telephone numbers, and email.
Shannon Barnett 03/04/2020 I would like to submit a request for all staff and family phone numbers for the school district in excel format.
