CALL TO ORDER
President Watts called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
WORKSHOP
Interview Candidate for School Director District 5
Two candidates were interviews for the vacant seat.
RECESS
The regular meeting was recessed at 5:44 p.m. to enter into executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(h). President Watts reconvened the meeting into open session at 6:36 p.m.
ACTION ITEMS
Board Appointment of New Director of District 5
The four (4) board directors discussed the two candidates and each of their qualifications.
Director Stuart made a motion to appoint Tom Guthrie as the new director of district 5.

Director Graham – yes
