Stacy Brown reviewed the new style of reports associated with the Financial/Enrollment Report. Director Graham ask some clarifying questions about safety net on the Learning Supports and Alternatives Report. She also thanked Vicky Barnes for her hard work on the recertification of teachers.

DISCUSSION ITEMS

First Reading of New Policy 3424 and Revisions to Policies 3510 and 6700

The directors asked for information from Superintendent Green on the lunch/recess schedules for the elementary and middle school, which he will be providing them. With no objections, these policies will be presented at next month’s meeting for second reading and approval.

Discussion on Communications Plan for April 28 EP&O Levy

Communication Manager, Eric Jacobson, presented communication strategies, story ideas and concepts, potential social media blurbs and a timeline of all communication. The board of directors provided feedback and comments.
