President Janice Watts called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Director Beuscher moved to approve the consent agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON WORK SESSION TOPIC
There was no public comment.
WORKSHOP
Stacy Brown, Executive Director of Business Services, presented a PowerPoint presentation to the school board on the 2019-2020 budget. With the new budget challenges, this has been a massive undertaking. As years past, Stacy presented fund balance summaries, general funds revenues and expenditures, use of levy funds, and much more. Full budget documents were provided for the directors to review.
