The City of Woodland has requested the board approve a Right of Way Dedication Deed to Convey to the City for purposes of sidewalks a strip near the Maintenance Shed. The City would construct sidewalks in this area. I recommend approval of the Dedicaiton Deed with one qualifier. City ordanance requires the adjacent land owner, in this case the school, to maintain and, if necessary replace the sidewalk on thier deman should there be a failure or as they age.
Administrative Recommendation /MOTION/ I move we approve the Right of Way Dedication Deed as presented and authorize the Superintendent to sign same on the board's Behalf.
