Regarding: Woodland Intermediate Year End Report

It has been a privelege to serve the Intermediate school as the interim principal for the last third of the 2017-2018 school year.   2017-2018 saw improvement in student outcomes on the SBAC in English-language arts and third-grade mathematics. 

• We have hired all of the vancancies for 2018-2019 and are excited about the new teachers who will be joining us in the fall.  
• The school year ended with three awards assemblies during which students were recognized for academic achievement, perfect attendance, and demonstrating the "Woodland Way" of safety, respect, and responsibility.
• Denise Pearl will officiall start her duties on July 2nd and her first day of work will be July 16.
