For years KWRL has been attached to the Woodland network through a wireless bridge that has been unreliable over the years.  As a result, the KWRL superintendents approved a project to build a fiber loop from WPS to the KWRL buildings.  This should solve their internet outage issues.  The total project is $66,000 and Woodland's portion of the cost is $18,359.  In order for the county treasurer to transfer levy funds from the General Fund to cover the project, the board must approve a resolution.

Administrative Recommendation /MOTION/ "I move we adopt Resolution #17-11, authorizing a transfer of $18,359 from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund."
